Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your delivery date. Within 24 hours of delivery, please call us and we'll help where we can.
To cancel a booking, please contact us with your booking reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment card and typically take 5–10 working days to appear.
