These Terms & Conditions apply to skip hire and waste services provided by Interscan Skiphire (a trading name of Interscan Limited). By booking with us you agree to these terms.

Booking & payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery & collection

We aim to deliver on your chosen date but times are not guaranteed and may be affected by access, weather or traffic. Please ensure clear, safe access for our vehicle.

Skip placement & permits

Skips on private land (driveways) need no permit. Skips placed on a public road require a council permit; where applicable we will arrange this and contact you. You must keep the skip lit/guarded as required.

Prohibited waste

The following must not be placed in the skip: fridges/freezers and other hazardous items (unless booked as an add-on), asbestos, tyres, batteries, paints/liquids, gas bottles, electrical items (WEEE), plasterboard mixed with general waste, and any hazardous or clinical waste. Additional charges apply for prohibited items or for skips loaded above the fill line.

Overloading & weight

Skips must not be filled above the top edge and must remain safe to transport. Heavy waste (soil, rubble, concrete) is only permitted in the smaller skips as advised. Overweight or overfilled skips may not be collected until reduced.

Liability

Once delivered, the skip and its contents are your responsibility. We are not liable for damage arising from placement you have directed on your property, or for delays outside our reasonable control.
